I thought it’s quite worth mentioning here, all the time I hear friends complaining about calling Starhub Customer Service hotline.. blah blah blah blah blah..
But today, I sensed a change in their customer service!!
My bro called their hotline last night too, he told me a very courteous lady served him.
Perhaps it’s time to change our opinion in them.
Wow they have someone to look for complains on twitter!
ya! they probably have certain search keywords running on twitter all the time…
e.g. “starhub, annoying, irritating, pissed….” :p
WOW! quite scary too.. but its gd.
Heh.. scary? Alrite lah.. that’s how u get strangers following u out of nowhere mah…
because they search for certain keywords~~ =p
