it’s important to blog it down so that I WON’T FORGET. 😀

Ok, here I go. So, I cracked and stomped and burnt my brain to think of what to get for him… u noe, as lovers/friends age, it just gets more and more difficult to buy gifts for them! Heh.. I took the chance to go shopping for the gift on my own. :p And ta-da~~ I gave up looking for common gifts like wallets/coin purse/shirts/watches, i decided on this! A MASSAGER! Hahaa.. and went trying on several different brands, err.. thanks to the OSIM electric therapy one, my neck got so sore… I felt that this Ogawa one was the only one that cured all my sore neck, back aches and shoulder aches by the end of the day! :p

Here comes a lil’ problem, this thingy is gigantic-ly huge to be hidden in my bag, and I am meeting Pail for dinner on the same day~ Oh no. The salesman was very nice, he given me some freebies and said I could go back to collect on another day! Hahaa.. so that solves the first problem. Yay. Next, I made used of the company dinner night, skipped the second half of exciting Argentina to go collect it w/o his presence. Haha.. heng ah, the drizzle stopped after my collection! But the taxi queues at Taka are.. OMG~ no kidding. but I always have cabs queuing at Heeren, heh. Phew~ 有惊无险.

Next, back home, I stared at the box for nights, how to wrap this gigantic-ly huge thing up??? I even had to hide it discreetly in a corner of my room, so that if Pail comes over, he doesn’t see it! Hahaa… I was thinking of how to bring this gift out on our anniversary, I decided to surprise him two days earlier. Cos it’s a Friday, I even double-checked with his sister-in-law, ensuring someone is at home to open the door for me! 😀

Hee.. I wanted to draw more de.. but not enough time le.. so it’s PANDA (replicated from the panda tee he bought for me), STAYREAL (a logo we both loved) and my message to him on his iMac. Hahaha.. just some silly drawing lah. You know how big this thing is? It’s 5kg and requires 2 mahjong papers, 2 wrapping papers and a roll of ribbon to wrap round the box. Super non-eco-friendly gift wrapping. Haha…

Hehee.. just as I thought 天助我也 tat he’s working OT~~ then it starts to 天空不作美!! It was raining cats and dogs in Yishun!! Ergh.. I grabbed a large Giodano umbrella and carried the gift downstairs to flag for a cab. Walked over to NTUC side, and left the box in the shelter to go out and snatch cabs ~_~. Super 狼狈! Haha! There’s this nice lady who let me have the cab and I finally am on my way to his place.

But the taxi-uncle isn’t so nice le..

Uncle: 你要不要把东西放后车厢？

Me: 噢，不用了，转弯就到了，不好意思..

Uncle: 不是啦，我怕你的东西湿湿，弄到我的座位.

Me: 不会啦，干干的。
*lifts it up and put on my lap* -______-

Uncle: *冷笑* 下浆大雨，怎么可能干？

Me: kns.. i thought he was concerned for me whether the box is too heavy, or taking up my seat space.
我刚才把东西放在shelter，所以是干的，请放心。=__=

***Silence***

Pui~ I alighted the cab, and went up to place the gift in his room, his mom and jayden didn’t know what I was doing. I went up and left within 3 min.. Haha.. Mission accomplished!! Yay!!!!

The night was a packed one.. I’m meeting Yan&Odin for the 10pm World Cup match at my place!! Hohoho.. Pail will be joining us too~ I better get home and bathe.. and get ready to… act blur. Hehehee…. trust me, that’s not all yet. 😀
