Days where I’m not on auto-walk-to-cai-peng-stall-mode do not happen often. Last Tuesday, I walked around my neighbourhood, not knowing what to eat.. and I ended up with a box of NTUC sushi. Haha.. not nice. X_x

Hoho.. this entry is finally up after a week. Oh man.. I’ve soo many backdated entries.. nowadays I draft my blogs on the train ride home, and do the pictures at nite. Hehee..
There u go.. it’s another gals shopping day! weeeee.. we finished Bugis Junction in a swift, nothin to buy leh! Haha.. it’s been so long since I took a walk in Bugis Village. More interesting there~~ Heh..
I guess I’ve had too much western set meals lately, I felt like eating Chinese Food. hehe.. but the food here is not very impressive leh.. think Kim Gary’s much better! Heh.. it’s always fun to sit down and talk to your old best friend. =)
Shall let the pictures do the talking. ^-^
And if nothing goes wrong, we are going to Taipei again!

So the “last gathering” wasn’t really the last yet.. Eric Koh initiated another meetup very soon, on last Wednesday. Haha.. yes, initiator is still him! This time round, is for planting bombs. Red bombs……….
Two bombs planted.. and rooted.. to be activated in December!! Hohoho…
EL suggested the meetup to be held at his new house, as well as a house-warming session. After much crappy discussion, we decided to get Takashimaya vouchers for them, since most of their electronic appliances have been in place.
Ok, let’s tour their “showroom” house! What an expensive “2-room” flat.. haha! Well done~~ very nice!!!
First thing I saw was the IKEA cushions seated on their designer armchairs in the living room. Haha.. EL proudly presented Transformers II and Mr Bean Holiday movies on their projector TV.. and oh ya, their legendary 2-storey fish tank.. i’m amazed with how the lazy&bochup EL can spend so much efforts in them. LoL..
Ok next to visit is their bedroom, and I’ve a qn. Why do ppl own empty and spacious walk-in wardrobes? >.< My colleague left hers vacant, and now AQ has only got a few hangers hanging on hers too. Boohoo!! If I can ever own one, it's definitely gonna be put to good use, best use, extensive use!!! Hahaa..

(1) HOW?
Tricia and I have been discussing.. how are we gonna celebrate CY’s birthday. Initial plan was to surprise her at her graduation, we figured it’s gonna be more of a family thing on that day. Hmmmm.. but Tricia has an exam in the first week of Dec, and we do not expect to date the bday gal on the actual day.
(2) WHEN?
Weekends are not available as our bday gal has to go back to JB, let’s meet up for dinner on Thursday!! 19/11/2009
(3) GIFT?
Hmmmmm.. I recalled she needed a laptop sleeve! But, size? Ok, 2 ways to find out. Check her out myself but it will b too obvious to ask this witty bday gal. Too bad, Bird’s FB acct is in her control, I can’t contact him. So I checked with ppl like VT, Shirley, even asked her classmate Jeremiah on FB. Coz i searched her blog, she mentioned her classmate once helped to carry her laptop bag for her! But too bad, his reply din come in time. lol.. meantime.. Shirley got the model Toshiba M300, Google tells me its a 14″!!! Hahaaa… I insisted we shld give the sleeve a good gift wrap, so settled at Urban Write.. hee.
Norman came along too! Heh.. PPB + N had a great feast at a Korean restaurant recommended by Tricia. Seriously overshadowed by Oottoya, cos I think it’s good! Since CY juz returned from Korea not long ago.. we will not bring her there la.. Look at the BBQ ribs.. the set we ordered had prawns too ~~~*drools*
One good thing about Korean cuisines, SO MANY SIDE DISHES!!! Four of us, we emptied EVERY bowl~~ =D Oh and I love their Kimchi Soup. Fantastic!
(4) WHERE?
Jap food? Oottoya? That was where she celebrated for me.. Waraku? That was where PPBC celebrated for me.. so not creative. Western food? Banana had an idea, Astons Prime at Centrepoint. Onz! Set!
(5) CAKE?
A slice of fruit tart from OC Fruit Paradise. ^.^

PPBC met up at Somerset, while B will b in charge of “smuggling” the gift and cake into Astons. And we will meet up with him there.
Astons food seldom disappoints people, and it always brings a smile on the first-time visitors with its “No service charge, no GST” principle. 🙂
Ok.. PPBC had a great time catching up. Time to bring up the cake? Tricia ran up to signal the staff.. Hee.. The waitress not very 醒目 la~ serving the cake n started singing the bday song while CY was on the phone with Bird! Hahaaa…
Ta-da.. she got her gift!!
And I got my belated gift from CY too. 皆大欢喜! We love our gifts~~ keke
