crabs and chinese history

Last Wednesday coincidentally happened to b Xingwei and Kacy’s birthdays (Happy Birthday again! ^-^)

Thursday nite.. we’re gonna have crabs at Ang Mo Kio! Hoho.. I think it’s been a two years since I visited this place!! We didn’t make any reservations.. and LOOK at the queue!!!! OMG~

They are rather organised over there.. staff will take your orders while u queue.. and when you’re led to your seat, they will issue your table a slip of paper indicating how long your wait is gonna be. Quite accurate estimation of time though.. our total wait from queuing to serving of food is ONE HOUR.

Haha.. I told them the crab beehoon claypot here is verry nice, so four of us shared a LARGE pot. Too bad, we didn’t try the butter crabs, I kinda missed their man tous!

We ordered some side dishes as well.. like Toufu (named as 四宝豆腐), Kang Kong and Ribs (咸蛋排骨).. Yummmm! Hahaa main dish is here!!!

The soup was damnnnn sweeeeet, the crabmeat was so fresh too!! Not much effort needed to eat crabs when they are fresh, u noe… *droooolz! We concluded the fulfiling dinner was all worth the wait!! Hahaaa..

Since Friday is Public Holiday, we shall head over to XW’s place for movie night! Heh.. finally caught 风声! Damn good!! Bro said it’s Must-watch, I knew it’ll be good de, I knew I couldn’t trust B who told me it’s bored.. lol!

Back home, already 1plus.. Dad wanted to watch 建国大业, Bro and I sat along to enjoy a family movie’s nite! Haha.. it’s China history lesson for me this nite… ok, honestly, is for the sake of the BIG cast and guest stars la! hee hee.. :p
