Happy Birthday to Kacy!

After several several email exchanges, this party was meant to be a surprise, but apparently, not many of us caught the keyword “surprise”! lol.. anyway, it still turned out to be a very fun encounter lah..

Saybin accepted the challenge to bake a non-diary birthday cake for the birthday girl. And Pail&I got accessories from Warehouse as her present, and I folded a box and we also got her some very interesting and photogenic candles. Being a very good host, Paul had very professional photography setup almost like we’ve walked into a “studio”. Haha! It started off with some very serious shots….

…but I guess it only got more interesting when we started playing with jumpshots! Haha!

And the rest of them joined in……. 一跳不可收拾~ Wooohooooo…

For dinner, we checked out this basement cafe at Cineleisure that I’ve never tried before. They have a $9.90 salad bar where you can stuff all the vege, wedges and fruits as you want, as long as your plate can hold. You can also order their main course that falls <$20 if you can't live w/o meat. Hee.. i actually kinda miss that salad bar now!!

Catching the movie “Bruce Lee, My Brother” at TheCathay later of the day, we had some dessert and took a couple of polaroids at 1Caramel too! Seems like a new adapted routine whenever I meet up with friends! Hehehe.. the movie is not as lame as I expected, in fact, it was not bad leh. Old Hong Kong is just so “feel” and warm… always. Christy Chung is still so attractive even tho she acts as a mother of many kids. Haha.. the only problem I have is, I kept thinking I’m watching Lee Hom, My Brother instead.
