Hidden in the heartland.. Yishun – Buddy Hoagies

Everytime we’ll see this cafe seated quietly beside the Police Post, in the CC… Countless times we passed by, we didn’t make our way in. Haha.. it’s funny, isn’t it? We can find our way with GPS, with duno how many wrong turns.. to go to Rider’s.. or even Sunset Grill.. but Buddy Hoagies?!

How ironic~~~ 😀

Just top up $4.50, for Soup (Mushroom or Minestrone) served with Garlic bread, Coffee/Tea/Iced Tea as your drink; and Ice-cream (Rum/Chocolate/Strawberry) as dessert. Note: It’s Iced Tea, not Iced Lemon Tea.. so, it’s actually Iced Teh! Haha.. their garlic bread was warm from the toaster.. yummmmmmy!! I’m hardly a fan of garlic bread, but theirs really *THUMBS UP*!

The food is really not bad leh.. look at the Pork Chop generous serving. And we had lotsa potatoes~~ Haha.. everything was good, except that their rosti is a bit soggy, not as well done as Marche’s. And pardon me, but my rosti sausage tasted ok, but looked quite alike as SHIT. LOL~~~!!!

I always have a habit to sprinkle a little bit of salt over my rosti, while Pail wanted MORE pepper on his baked potato. Hmmm… but he didn’t want to sprinkle a lil’ bit by bit, so he decided to POUR. And…….. Wahahahaa…

We only upsized one set meal, as we didn’t wanna stuff ourselves too badly. But, it was not enough~~ we headed to the coffeeshop for more dessert. =D
