Old buildings to be demolished

Photography by: Mr Kon HSSINGAPORE: The old towers- called SongTel Academy located at Buket Teemah Rd will soon be demolished.
“Once they go into full swing, the grounds are expected to emptied by Feb 2007..” said Mr Jia, CEO, Songtel.
It was reported that all of the staff have moved over to either the new building at Ser-wrongoon or ConCentre. There were different responses from the staff of Songtel as Reporter S. PY. has gathered.
“Ohh.. it’s such a pity that there will be no more badminton courts, table soccer, arcade rooms, jackpot rooms nor swimming pools available”, said Ms Yi, Analyst, Songtel.
“Ala~~ have to travel all the way to Ser-wrongoon! very far u know!”, exclaimed unhappily, Mohd Bin, Security Guard.
“On other hand, we are moving into a brand new office in Ser-wrongoon. It’s renovated very beautifully!”, commented Mdm Ding, Senior Mgr, Songtel.
