Hee.. on the last day of 2010, Odin accomplished his resolution! He brought Yan to Maxwell Market to have a taste of Zhen Zhen Porridge. I told him, if only this stall is 臻臻粥品 instead of 真真粥品, Yan might give more face.. Haha.. they arrived earlier to queue for it, and Pail also came over after halfday work.. =D
Yan has came for the fish soup since their queue is always as long as Zhen Zhen. Pail has tried the porridge last week on his own, so he’s giving the fish soup a try too! Ah Moy’s still better, i think lah.. Hehe..
Odinchoy’s Sedapsutra recommends!
Hehe.. after lunch, we headed to town for The Tourist movie. Wooohooo… I love Angelina Jolie’s first outfit and shoes~~~~ omg.. should be every outfit la.. Damn gorgeous… heh.. Odin&Yan also bought The Tourist tix the last minute, and caught a slightly later slot.. just nice, we met up after our movies for DINNER!
Heh.. Pail has placed reservation already.. at Pasta Inc. It’s moved from Jalan Besar to Chinatown area.
Address: 35 Keong Saik Road Singapore
Altho the New Year menu was kinda makeshift, and price was on the higher end, but I guess it’s like that everywhere. Could have been more expensive in town areas bah, but we prefer such cosy and quiet restaurants hidden in a corner of Singapore, we totally avoided the crowds this year! Haha! Good choice!
It’s kinda dark in there.. I had a chance to try out my PEN. Heh.. having fun with Vignetting and Sepia Art Mode.. Hmm.. I think Pail ‘s trying some black humor here. Odin’s caught with his iPhone every outing. HAha! And myself, acting EMO here. Hahahahaa…
Seldom do I catch Yan with camera.. this pose is so “Miss Irony”. Haha..
Food was served in awhile.. their lobster bisque was too rich for our taste, but the bread was good, especially with the vinegar! The scallop was special too.. Hee.. as for main course, we concluded my King Prawns spaghetti was the nicest! Haha! Odin’s Aglio Olio was a bit spicy.. but he like can already lah.. Pail’s angelhair pasta was not bad, but too tomato for him.. Yan’s ordered somethin special again, the black black squid risotto rice! Not very presentable, but, tasted good too! Hehehe..
Don’t believe? See, they are fighting for it!
Overall, we are quite satisfied with their food lah.. Yan commented it should be RED in her glass instead. Ha!
Started to have fun… w/o the need of any alcohol. What can you do with a LED lit candle? Hilarious!
Oh, did I mentioned, we were sitting right in front of 2 shelves of wine?
Called for bill, and take a group photo! =D
Oh, it was a street of boutique hotels that I didn’t know of. I really ain’t familiar with this area lah.. but they are so beautiful and attractive… so un-Singapore! Hahaa..
We can’t help it.. but to stop by and take some pictures here. Attempted to do a jumpshot, but shouldn’t jump so much after dinner. Kekeke..
Why are we so emo at the last few hours of 2010? Hahaaa..
Ok, have some fun!
The Mon-ga Effect.
Awww… i like this ♥
Heehee.. We reached home around 11plus at night, and caught almost one hour of MAYDAY on TV at Taipei’s Countdown. Heh.. soooooo nice. Sorry to David Tao in Singapore. Hee.. There was fireworks at Khatib too, but.. Taipei101’s too spectacular. And an hour of AMIT after countdown. Woohooo.. song!
ok! That’s about it for 2010! All the best to all of us!! 😀
Coming up is First day of 2011!! Heehhee..
