girls day out [ii]
I was informed that I still have a 1.5 days of annual leave from 2009 to clear, so i started going around looking for someone to take leave with me to go shopping. LOL~~~ Miss Irony was the finalist. Heh.. Planned our Friday in a super GIRLY way! Wahahahahaha.. Bikram Yoga in the morning, Hi-Tea after that, followed by Shopping.. and meeting our boyfriends for dinner altogether. Girly right? Muahahaha…
We finally made it in to the very atas Arteastique this time. Coooool…. very atas and nicely decorated in there, with comfy sofas that I could fall asleep in. They served us the tea.. in a very exquisite way we almost didn’t know how to drink it. Hahahaa… especially after our yoga session, that little bit of snacks couldn’t fill our stomachs at all! *Hungry*.. GRrrr… but being Sukirony, we proceeded to shop w/o eating more. Hahaha.. guess wat? I’ve been searching high and low for a pair of shorts, a pair of loafers and a pair of heels for weeks.. and I settled them ALL within one shop at Far East Plaza~~~ LOL!!!
Time to join the boyfriends at Bugis for dinner. I’ve found this hidden-in-a-corner pasta shop along Liang Seah Street, looking interesting! Heh.. I ordered a Curry Lobster Spaghetti, while they had White Wine Prawns Pasta, Teriyakki Chicken Pasta and the classic Carbonara Pasta. Hehehe.. their set meal including salad, soft drinks and a dessert cost only $15.90! Yummmms!
How I enjoy such non-working working days!!

We’ve got it all planneddd, the whole day’s itinerary, but thanks to the deceiving weather, nothing went as planned! Hahahaha.. so we ended up walking along the by-default ORCHARD ROAD. Staring at my iPhone HungryGoWhere app, where can we go for HI-TEA? Heh heh..
And this came up the list on the first page.. Arteastique. Coooool, it looks like a girly place, but it was packed and I saw two tables of guys sitting in there enjoying hi-tea?!?! Gosh.. we left our names on their waiting list, with the intention of searching elsewhere…… to CANELE then. Heh.
It was happppppy shoppping day, with lotsa looooots!!!
WOohooo… and we ended the day with a cheap cheap dinner at SUSHI TEI! 😀 😀
