What noise do you want to make.. hmmmmmmmm how about saying a “NO”? Well, it has always kept me pondering.. how many of us really know how to say NO?

Daddy expects more money allowance from you, do you say NO?

Your buddy is asking you out for drinks the 5th time in the week, your wife is grumbling, do you say NO to your buddy?

Your new moved-in indian neighbour is offering you some curry, you do not take spicy, do you say NO?

Boss is asking you to work overtime during the weekends and public holidays, do you say NO?

Your best-est friend needs a loan from you, do you say NO?

Some relative is moving in for awhile, taking up your bedroom, do you say NO?

Your gf needs you to sign an installment for her purchase, do you say NO?

Your colleague whom you detested, is asking for your help in work, do you say NO?

A suitor is pestering you out for a date, do you say NO?

Some very tone-deaf friend is asking you out for a K-session, do you say NO?

At many many times, I say No.. I was being labeled as cold, selfish, unthoughtful, inconsiderate, self-centered and unfriendly.. is there a book 101 ways to say NO for dummies?
