Received an email from NuffNang regarding MTV Blogger contest.. Hmmm, I just really felt like voicing out my unhappiness on piracy. So I submitted an entry as below.. Hahaha..
IMAGE is very important. Make Supporting Originals an Image, a Trend.. a “IN” thing to do.. to follow. Piracy is shameful. Top celebrities and media can stand out and make it a trend.. Setting up laws can make them abide by the law, but it’s not our of will. Fans and younger generations shld be educated and taught to think that it’s a shameful thing to do if they are supporting piracy! Generations pass down, so i think we shld start educating them now!!!
Illegal music is junk.. higher programming skills and security should be implemented to prevent people from stealing music from websites.. Normally it’s the freebies that brings up the cost of an album. I’ll rather buy a compact sized CD at a lower cost, instead of a huge box of freebies and photos that cost 30 bucks.
If only Original music is sold at lower cost, or maybe we can download legal music from the correct record companies, it saves the earth in a way! Create more convenient channels for legal music downloads, in this case, public will not even risk to download music illegally. Some are worse, they pay to buy illegal music.. that’s so ironic!
I really really hope to see the situation improve for the better.. ANTI-PIRACY ROCKS!!!
