being inspired by shirley’s IRHM (I Really Hate Mondays).. VT came up with these.. all the words are related to our work.. but actually they meant how much we dread to work.. waahahhaa.. bravo.. but then ltr i tot IRHM wasnt meaningful.. so i tot why not call FHM: Freaking Hated Mondays.. ^-^ and he came up some other few alternatives.. MARS: Mondays Are Ridiculously Stupid, WAKAO: Wednesdays Are Killing All Over

this is not somethin to be proud or happy about.. hitting new high for the year.. damn it.. now situation has worsened~ PSI shoots up to 150 liao~ wahpiang.. see Channelnewsasia article.. wana go jogging in the stadium oso cannot leh.. damn… heard from lui, her colleague’s cousin died of heart failure due to overexercising with flu.. maybe the haze worsened his condition? who knows.. scary leh…. be it a lesson to all.. pls know your own limits when exercising ler.. dun tink u juz wana sweat it out and neglect your own health… too much of any thing is always bad… but of cos dun make it an excuse not to exercise! =D so i’m to the gym tomorrow! =D bobian la.. cannot jog outdoors, gotta go gym jog liao la..

haiyo this stupid haze.. causing my throat to sore oso.. too dry liao.. i’ve been drowning myself with water nonetheless.. seems like not much of use leh.. argh cannot fall sick so easily.. everyday got take vitamin C pills wan leh.. hehee..
