Damn.. although is such users are everywhere.. 见怪不怪 lah.. but juz feeling bo si mi song la.. it’s always the case man, not that they are not capable.. juz tat nobody will take responsibilities when bosses arent around, they will only try their best to express themselves showing everyone how busy they are when bosses ARE ard. I am really reluctant to accept this kinda working attitude.

k.. now I was told to pick up calls for my TL and colleague sitting beside me when they are not ard mahh.. and I also know it’s not good to admit nobody can asisst when user encounters a problem. So there goes the conversation below..

User: Can I speak to JM?

ME: Hi sorry, he’s currently in a meeting. What’s it rgding, who’s this speaking?

User: @#$% from Op, anybody can assist in VSL?

ME: Ok, please hold on. (puts user on hold)

ME: Hey CP, rdg VSL, trf call to u, ok?

CP: Urgent meh.. ask him send email lah…

ME: (sianz) back to the user
Hi sorry, can you pls send an email over?
JM can see it from the conference room.
He has got his laptop with him.

User: Why must send email, whats the difference between call and email?
So nobody can assist issit..

ME: Oh, no no sorry,
I mean bcoz he’s in a meeting, i cant trf your call to him,
but you can send email over, he can reply you immediately mah..

User: NO NO NO.. DON’T WANT EMAIL..
I SENT EMAIL YTD ALREADY, JM REPLY OK, BUT NOW NOT OK LEH!!!
(at first i dun understand wads so difficult to send a mail
and get assisted immediately. but i understand why after chking my inbox,
coz he actually replied everything is ok in order ytd -.-)

User: JUST TELL ME WHO CAN ASSIST,
IF NOBODY, I CALL BACK LATER LAH!
*slams the phone*

ME: …

CP: wad happened.. suki.. why..

ME: aiya……..nothing la. (wads the point of showing concern now -.-)

Meeting ends, JM calls the user
User say problem resolved, is his own mistake.
They are talking in a joking manner now,
then why juz now so fierce to me!!?
