hmmmm normally hardly any surprise will work on me.. but this yr, a very old typical kinda surprise was put up by my dear singtelBunch.. lol.. i heard the idea was by Siewying la.. (thnx my dear siewying.. she made it an effort to gimme some little gifts every yr.. last yr she bot the panda pillow to NLB for me while i was rushing assignment too~!) haha… this yr, i totally din expect it at all! perhaps bcoz right from the start, i started jio-ing each of them for tonite’s dinner.. i din had “birthday” in mind too.. after the filling steamboat dinner at Bugis, i was then totally off my guard after a few drinks.. perhaps i really expected the guys to forget.. and perhaps it’s so common for them to walk out to make phone calls and smoke.. hahahaa perhaps.. perhaps.. perhaps..

haha! at near 12am, smses started coming in.. i was busy replying, then the tv started playing the birthday song.. but i still doubted and tot “Aiya maybe is other tables de lah….” hahahaah then EK walked in with a birthday cake!! oh my.. my first reaction was “Cover my face!” i always think the most awkward moment every year.. is that one minute while people ard you are looking at you singing u the birthday song~~~! i even warned Peiyu dun buy any cake ytd nite.. but 会来的还是会来！Hahahaha.. this time round, the boss and staff of the pub (think the pub name is Lollipop).. one by one they came.. wishing me.. and giving us free jugs of beers.. and i was offered 3 shots! haha but they were nice and funny people though.. hehe.. tonite i remembered to take some photos..

hahaha.. there were mixed feelings.. i cant say what.. but juz feeling kinda…. hmmmmmmm… anyway… i still really appreciate each of them. am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart. really 🙂

Yesterday.. i really had surprises after a shock.. but all were unplanned surprises and shocks.. @_@

at work, sp passed me my gift out of the blue. very nice! i haven’t opened up to smell it.. but i guess by looking at it, it shld be good~!

at nite, while singing with Peiyu, Jeff, Don, Dom, Yanz, CZ, Peiyun, JS and Sandra.. I received an unexpected phone call.. so i was sitting outside the ktv room talking on the phone, which in turn, managed to see three other groups of my sec sch friends walking by!!! omg.. is that Kunmu? Tracy and Kaiwei? i admit, at a pt of time, i tot it was JS’s doing, but until i saw Lingmei and her friends walking by waving to me.. and AUDREY with Alan~~ Pengz.. they are going to sing in 3 difficult rooms! then i know the world could really be that small after all!

i didn’t really have a chance to catch up with them though.. my mind was in a whirl after the call so i merely said hi to them.. but come to think of it, if not for the call, I wouldn’t be sitting outside and see them all! Haha.. Audrey sent in a Shirley Temple to me as a birthday treat.. Haha.. so sweet. actually i should give Trace some bdae wishes too (coz hers is one day after mine) but i din wana walk into her room la.. i’m so sorry.. i only tot of not disrupting the atmosphere in my room, so i went back quickly and continued crazying ard with ’em.. Heee.. it’s always fun! Too bad I forgot to tell my paparazzi to take a group photo together! Erghz..

What a night indeed. Phew~
