It’s a 4D3N vacation (7th Feb – 10th Feb 2010), to Hong Kong via Tiger Airways.

\nThere were a few hiccups, we almost couldn’t it to this trip due to work, but heh.. paying more solved the problem though~ \u94b1\u80fd\u89e3\u51b3\u7684\uff0c\u5c31\u4e0d\u662f\u95ee\u9898! Haha, then Pail suddenly had a high fever for a few days before the trip, so worrying!! Glad he got better in time, *PHEW* But.. but.. here is to Tiger Airways, I really will not take your flight again!<\/p>\n

Stepping into a very “budget” terminal, there was almost no aircon, only Mcd and Hans which were filled with Filipinos and other foreigners, and what turned me off more were the long queues crawling to a single check-in counter and customer service counter.. BEST, we were told that our luggages are OVERWEIGHT! What?!? Haven’t set off leh.. no need to go shopping liao lor! So much $ paid, but luggage allowance was not included! We had to unpack and squeezed things into our handcarry bags else it would be $18 for EVERY overweight KG. Thanks, Tiger.<\/p>\n


\nHis parents are standing behind while we queued to check-in, they sent us there at early morning 6am~~ and also came to fetch us on the return midnight flight! How nice!!<\/p>\n

Good thing about boarding an early flight, you get to see sunrise~~~<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Bad thing about boarding an early BUDGET airline flight, we got hungry and didn’t have a choice but to order the flight meal.. Hmmmmm as expected, not tasty.. >.<\n\n<\/p>\n

Arriving at The CityView hotel.. I felt so familiar as this is my 3rd stay! The lobby staff saw the records and asked if I’ve stayed there in June 2009.. hoho, i almost thought we were gonna get some free upgrades for being “loyalty customer”! Too bad, she was merely asking lah!!<\/p>\n

We booked the Standard room, small yet cosy! It was raining quite heavily, we decided to rest awhile after checking-in.. soooo tired, we didn’t pack our things, just want to sleep! Hahaa<\/p>\n

lol.. TVB was showing \u501f\u7740\u96e8\u70b9\u8bf4\u7231\u4f60 in Cantonese~ hahaha.. I always wanted to watch this Japanese movie on DVD, but we dozed off while watching that. >.<\n\n<\/p>\n

\u4f11\u606f\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8d70\u66f4\u957f\u8fdc\u7684\u8def, we had a power nap and set off for Langham Place.. if you have watched the TVB drama \u300a\u5929\u5e55\u4e0b\u7684\u604b\u4eba\u300b, yes! this is the mall they’ve filmed in! Beautiful creative artsy mall~~ filled with stars and horoscope signs~~ I thought the CNY decor kinda spoilt the initial design of this mall! What a waste~~ the mall is actually quite different from other malls. Besides H&M, I hardly see any huge brands here, they are mostly small shops selling local designer clothes or some artsy stuffs. Like the bus model store.. and many other DIY hand-made stuffs.<\/p>\n

The mall is really packed, I think there is really office up there as we’ve seen in the drama.. hehe..<\/p>\n

Dinnertime!! It’s still raining, I can’t resist the Hong Kong famous \u7172\u4ed4\u996d!!! While Pail prefered to have some soupy stuffs to warm his stomach~ I have to grab a couple of Shiseido handcreams again!! Heh.. and a nail strengthener from SASA, cos my pathetic nails are peeling like nobody’s business after removing the gel extensions. See, a hungry man is a bochup<\/i> man! Pail cannot be bothered with the photo-taking anymore.. he wants FOOD! Muahahahaa…<\/p>\n

Heh.. \u51bb\u67e0\u8336 is also a MUST!! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n

And mine is finally served after 10-15min.. or was it 20min wait? But it’s worth the wait la.. I love the sausage and rice! Pouring the gravy over the rice~ I finished all the rice till I saw the burnt pot, it was still steaming by then! Yummmmmmy!!!!<\/p>\n

Not many pix cos it’s more of a SHOPPING DAY!! Hahaa~~~~ we sat down for \u8bb8\u7559\u5c71 after shopping. It’s STILL raining, so I opted for a warm \u7ea2\u8c46\u6c99~~~ Pail was still heaty from the fever, he ordered \u6842\u82d3\u818f, but the strong mint nearly gave him a sore throat instead! >.<\n\n<\/p>\n
