Hee..<\/p>\n<p>Yeah.. i went to the gym after a long long break.. and it was a 2-hour workout.<br \/>\n2.5km on the treadmill, 20min cycling, another 4km on the treadmill..<br \/>\nWooohooo~ great. My back and waist is now having a strain. Awwww&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><font size=1>Lying on the bed now..
