“Helpless” is the only way to describe how I feel whenever I see or hear about natural disasters. No one can predict, no one can avoid, no one can stop.. a couple of hours ago, i heard the news that the rain and water rush is going to make things worse. See, none of us can stop it from happening. But can we still try harder to do our part? Donations. Yes, sometimes, money still helps. So what are the means of donations in Singapore? I tried google-ing.. this is the only channel I found: Red Cross<\/a>. Thanks to Internet Banking.. it is so convenient. I just did a $50 fund transfer.. i know lar.. not alot.. <\/em>.. but I believe if everyone of us do a lil’ bit, it will add up to a significant figure!<\/p>\n

As compared, response and help was much greater and united in Hong Kong\/Taiwan. Many charity shows were being held.. many celebrities had donated huge sums on their own accord. What is Singapore doing?? Perhaps they’re still trying to find sponsors to provide cars, condos to make people donate..<\/em> =\/<\/p>\n
