There was snow on the grounds, but it wasn&#8217;t  snowing yet.. Pail&#8217;s neck pillow from Muji comes in just handy!<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ladysuki.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Neck-Pillow.jpg?w=600\" alt=\"HakodateOTW\" title=\"HakodateOTW\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Arrived!!!<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ladysuki.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Hakodate-Station.jpg?w=600\" alt=\"Hakodate Station\" title=\"Hakodate Station\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Staff at the Hakodate JR Station Information Desk actually spoke good English, so it wasn&#8217;t too bad.. we managed to find our way to our Puppytail Pension.. but it was closed! Awww.. stuck standing in the cold winds, I grabbed the \u6696\u6696\u5305 like sooooo precious&#8230;. hahahaa.. see how wrapped up we are.<\/p>\n<p>Pail called the pension boss to check, then only we know check-in time is 3pm, we are early! Nevertheless, the boss drove right over to open the doors for us, offering us \u6696\u6696\u5305s and to keep our baggages for us.. how niceee..<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ladysuki.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/HakodateHostel.jpg?w=600\" alt=\"Puppy Tail Hostel\" title=\"Puppy Tail Hostel\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/center><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nWe got so excited when we first saw Muji~~ Hahahaha&#8230; I got a pair of ugg boots at 50% off!!! Hohohoh.. and gloves at 30% off too.. see how happy and super excited I am! Snowing is not cold, it&#8217;s the WINDS that will freeze u!!! Look at my hair.. We were told there is this very GOOD Burger Place here.. hohoho&#8230; just nice, fits our bill. The area is now Goryokaku Park, and only the castle walls remain of Goryokaku itself, but in the spring over 1,500 cherry trees bloom, making the park famous for its cherry blossoms. Goryokaku Tower also stands nearby, with an observation deck 90 meters above the ground, providing a panoramic view of Mount Hakodate, the Tsugaru Strait, and the Yokotsu mountain range. Looking down, the star-shaped Goryokaku can also be seen.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ladysuki.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Hakodate-ClosedTower.jpg?w=600\" alt=\"Hakodate Tower\" title=\"Hakodate Tower\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Enough said, but as we arrived, it&#8217;s their CLOSING HOURS already. Muahahaha&#8230; almost every night, we buy some supper from Lawson. Keke.. I thought I will not enjoy non-fluffy pillows, but I was wrong again! It has very good support for our necks!! Haha..<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, it&#8217;s time to hit down to the Morning Markets of Hakodate! We picked one that seems crowded and popular.. to enjoy our sumptuous breakfast!!
